Video and Performance.

------------
I have watched the sunrise relfecting off the sticky dancefloor of a nightclub
a few times in my life. So when I was invited to perform for a rave in an
empty warehouse on the river, I accepted. This deserved a call to my younger
brother for some scheming. We agreed that simple was best. Doug would also
shoot the video.
A huge screen ran video of me disrobing and hauling a concrete rooster around some anonymous rural location, while I wore a belt with 8 lengths of rope. At the end of each rope was another belt. Eight ravers were belted and I began to lead them around the space.
Although I didn't expect it to be, this was one of the most rewarding performances for me. Most of the participants followed me without much trouble, but one young woman was having none of it. She removed her belt first. Even though the performance continued, it was over when she walked away.
There were an infinite number of possibilities to consider as she removed the belt.
