The Island Politic is one of 9 heterocosms which make up the Heterocosmic Classification System. Each possesses unique qualities, methods of production, materials, symbols, colors, and philosophies for the creation of works of art.

Represents the political. politics. micropolitics. interaction between individuals represents the most common and least understood form of politics.
-this microcosm is represented by an island, exploring the symbolism of the island. man as an island. politics as an island. growth of an island. lifeforms. evolution of island species. (look at the similarities between politics. island remoteness. individual politics. personality traits similar to politics.)
-if the island exists as an independent self-sustaining entity. independence on this island influenced by the outside world.
-define how individuals are equal to micropolitics. how do these relationships mimic politics? lobbyists?
-define politicians - politics - how do we politicize interaction with others? how do our relationships symbolize our desires to make changes?
